Who am I?
I am a Family and Community Medicine doctor. I studied at the University of Medicine of Barcelona and, after completing my degree, I worked in hospital emergency services for three years.
While I was a student, and later when I cared for patients in the emergency room, I often noticed how their illnesses became chronic. I realized then that something didnât make senseâwe were only treating the symptoms, and I knew something was failing in the conventional medical system.
That is when I began to study Naturopathic Medicine, Neural Therapy, and Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), and started working as a specialist in Integrative Medicine, where I finally found my place.
Due to my diagnosis of endometriosis
I am certain that this personal experience made me more aware of how women suffer in silence, of how endometriosis, adenomyosis, and many other conditions are not spoken about for fear of not being understood. So I made a promise to myself that I would do everything I could to help them reclaim the lives they had lost because of these illnesses.
As a result, I have decided that now is the time to share with the world how we can improve our health and achieve a better quality of life, especially by helping those women who suffer from this disease to finally achieve a fulfilling life in which they can feel good about themselves and be happier, enjoying each moment without limitations.
