Course for women with endometriosis and/or adenomyosis
12-week online course to get your life back
NEXT EDITION OCTOBER 2025Right now, your life is synonymous with PAIN, with FRUSTRATION, with feeling that nothing is in your hands—that you can’t do anything to get better and everything depends on external factors.
You believe you’ll never get your life back; you think you’ll always have to keep an eye on when your period is coming to know whether you can make plans.
You hate your hormonal cycle—the period feels like the enemy—when, for us, the period should be a gift and a sign that we are healthy, that everything is working, that we are CREATORS OF LIFE.
You feel you’ve lost all hope, that you have no alternatives to the conventional treatments you’re offered—surgery, hormonal treatments, or early menopause with its unwanted side effects.
You’ve tried everything, but nothing has worked.
You feel alone, misunderstood, invisible. No one understands you because on the outside it looks like nothing is happening, but inside you’re shattered: so much pain, needles stabbing from within, difficulty moving, fatigue, brain fog, memory loss, lack of vitality—and you feel your body isn’t with you, as if you were two different identities.
You’re frustrated, afraid, and constantly hypervigilant. Everything that happens seems like it could influence your pain and make it worse. It frightens you—you’ve already lost your motivation in life—and what dominates your days is FEAR: fear that it will get worse, fear of having to go back into surgery, fear of hormonal treatments, fear of infertility, fear of LIVING.
Can you imagine someone explaining what you can do to take the reins of your life again? What to do so that the pain finally disappears? Showing you where to start and how to identify the causes that keep your endometriosis or adenomyosis from improving—and even make it worse?
THE TIME HAS COME! LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO MY COURSE ENDO&LIFE!
What is Endo&Life?
Â
Endo&Life is a course created especially for you, where I offer all the knowledge and tools you need to identify why your condition is progressing out of control and causing you so much pain.
It is a HOLISTIC course where we will not only talk about the conventional view of the disease, but I will TEACH YOU how to uncover why you have inflammation and hormonal imbalances—and give you the tools to address them.
This will finally allow you to take control of your body, reduce pain, improve your quality of life, and slow the rapid progression of the disease.
What is the course content based on?
Â
All the content of this course is based on SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE as well as my own EXPERIENCE—not only clinical, working with patients with endometriosis or adenomyosis, but also my personal experience of living with the disease myself.
Throughout all my years of professional experience, I have constantly trained and continue to do so, as it is essential for any professional in the health field.
I specialize in Family Medicine, and I hold three Master’s degrees: one in Naturopathy, another in Neural Therapy, and another in Human Reproduction Techniques, plus a Postgraduate degree in Psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology.
I also trained in California, where I completed a residency with one of the best Integrative Doctors in the country, Dr. Jessica Peatross—with whom I currently collaborate.
This is already the 3rd Edition of the course, and I have seen the changes it can make in the lives of so many women—that’s why I am certain this course will be a reset in your life!

Â
HOW WILL THE COURSE BE ORGANIZED?
The course is structured over 12 weeks with 12 classes, each totaling 1–2 hours, all recorded. 9 classes will be with me, and the other 3 with the course’s adjunct instructors. On selected days there will be a Q&A session to address your questions, lasting about 2 hours; with the adjunct instructors these sessions will be 1 hour.
In addition, there are 3 classes taught by 3 outstanding professionals who are leaders in their fields. Laura Rasines will speak about Neuroplasticity and Brain Retraining, Bárbara LĂłpez will explain how, using the Mindfulness technique, you can learn to manage chronic pain, and Anna RuĂz will teach you what you can do to improve pain when it is related to pelvic floor dysfunction. They will also join the Q&A session for their class.
Each week you’ll receive downloadable PDF resources to support the topics covered that week (menus + recipes, various recommendations such as a list of non‑toxic products, where to buy organic foods or eco products, a detox techniques sheet, class summaries, among many other things).
The course will take place through an online learning platform on this website, and you’ll also be part of a private Telegram group with the rest of the students. Q&A sessions will be held via Meet, where you can join with or without your camera, as you prefer. If you can’t attend live, the videos will be recorded so you can watch them later. You can also send your questions in advance so everything gets answered. No one is left with unanswered questions in this course! The videos will not be downloadable, but you will have the notes for each class available.
While this course remains active, you’ll be able to access the documents and videos of all editions that follow yours so you can ALWAYS stay up to date!
I’ll be available to answer your questions in the Q&A sessions as well as in the group tutoring, and throughout the course you’ll have a TELEGRAM GROUP where you can connect with the rest of the participants to build a unique community of women.
What do I need to join the course?
At the beginning of the course, you will have access to the learning platform on my website, so you will need an invitation code to enter, which you will receive a few days before the course starts.
You will also need a mobile phone with the Telegram app installed in order to join the private group for this edition with the other participants!
The weekly dedication will be about 1–2 hours.
And that’s all you need! A computer or mobile device, internet connection and—non-negotiable—lots of motivation to be proactive and apply everything you will be learning!
